Consumer Feedback System

Background
Our client as most of the other companies had traditionally been using paper to collect feedback from end consumers and had the following issues
1. Collecting data and entering it in excel
2. Getting data on time
so as to get the right analysis done and come up with corrective actions. To come out of this they were looking for a solution and approached us when we suggested that we do a quick Proof of Concept first.

Solution
We split the system into 2 major components.

1. An administrative console (or a web application) that would not only help manage the master data that would have been required but also act as a BaaS (Backend as a Service) to the mobile clients that were to help collect data in real time. This component was also responsible to generate the various MIS reports that were required to do the analysis and take necessary corrective actions.
2. The mobile client (mobile app) that were installed on tablets and used to collect real time feedback from the end consumers and sent to the central server (component 1)

Result
The end result from this was a phase 2 :) which is currently under the requirements review process.
